New to yoga? This class is the perfect place to begin your journey. Designed with beginners in mind, this class introduces the foundational poses, breathing techniques, and relaxation practices that form the core of a balanced yoga practice.
You’ll learn how to move with your breath and simple ways to build strength, flexibility, and body awareness—all in a judgment-free environment.
Beginner Yoga for People with Disabilities is scheduled for every Monday, Thursday, and Friday at 11am. Cost is $10.
