How do I prepare for a Yoga class?
- it is suggested that you do not eat at least 2 hours before attending a class (its best to practice on an empty stomach!) - bring a yoga mat, blanket & bottle of water - wear comfortable, loose, stretchy clothing
Does it matter what class I attend if I am a beginner? - Susan's classes are designed for all levels of students - it is okay to attend a yoga class even if the others in the class have been coming for awhile, this is how yoga works! - always practice the poses at your own pace, your own level, trying never to push yourself beyond the edge or stay in a pose that creates any pain for you
